英语专有名词前不用冠词的情况
        1）某些含有普通名词的专有名词
        某些国家名称：
        the People's Republic of China
        中华人民共和国
        the French Republic
        法兰西共和国
        某些组织机构：
        the United Nations
        联合国
        the State Department
        (美)国务院
        （但：Congress 美国国会，Parliament  英国国会）

        the Paralympic Games
